We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive who specializes in lead generation, outbound sales, LinkedIn outreach, email prospecting, and cold/hot calling. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work independently and meet sales targets. What We Are Looking For:

  • Strong understanding of lead generation strategies and sales processes.

  • Experience in LinkedIn outreach, email marketing, and cold/hot calling.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to engage potential clients.

  • Proven ability to work independently and meet/exceed sales targets.

  • Prior experience in IT sales or B2B/B2C outbound sales is a plus.

  • Familiarity with CRM tools, sales automation, and reporting.

  • A goal-oriented approach with a strong drive for closing deals.

  • Immediate joiners are preferred.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Conducting outbound calls, LinkedIn outreach, and email campaigns to generate new business leads.

  • Identifying and targeting potential clients for IT services and solutions.

  • Building strong relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders.

  • Managing and updating lead data in CRM tools for tracking and follow-ups.

  • Researching industry trends and staying up to date with IT market developments.

  • Working towards and achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.

  • Coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.

  • Handling negotiations and closing deals effectively.
