Job Summary:

What You Will Be Doing:
Assisting in end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Supporting the onboarding and documentation process for new hires.
Helping with employee engagement activities and HR initiatives.
Assisting in handling employee grievances and conflict resolution under supervision.
Maintaining HR databases and updating employee records.
Ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures.
Collaborating with seniors to streamline HR operations and improve workflow efficiency.
